This is something set by each individual church based upon transportation, and any added things necessary for the church youth group to attend Camp Decision. For exact costs, please defer to the church you’d be attending Camp Decision with. The pricing will always include food, lodging, ID Badge and a yearly themed Camp Decision T-shirt.
At this time there are no early birds specials. 
At this time there isn’t any group pricing. 
Youth must have COMPLETED the 6th – 12th grade by the date of Camp Decision to be eligible to register and attend as a youth. Campers who just graduated in the spring prior to Camp Decision should attend as a youth; however, if a graduate is over 18 the youth minister may choose to let the graduate attend as a worker if they are a leader in their youth group at church.  Adult Workers must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school. Workers must be known by and in good standing with their church leadership. 
Only Churches can register to attend Camp Decision, individual teenagers and adults register through their local church.  Camp Decision doesn’t not allow individuals to check in separately without a group. 
Yes, Camp Decision has a full bookstore that has bibles, devotionals, and books.  Yearly Camp Decision Apparel is also available with t-shirts, messenger bags, sinch sacks, buttons, pens, hats, beanies and hoodies. 
Yes, Camp Decision provides within the cost Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.  There are opportunities for youth and workers to purchase snacks with the campus facility’s snack shop during scheduled free time. 
Yes, all the Camp Decision Services and Highlight Video are sold on a Camp Decision Jump Drive.  Camp Decision youth and workers may purchase them in advance the week of Camp by signing up at the Camp Decision Bookstore. After the final Camp Decision Service on Friday morning, the pre-paid jump-drive can be picked up to be taken home before departure. 
Only Churches can register to attend Camp Decision, individual teenagers and adults register through their local church.  Camp Decision doesn’t not allow individuals to check in separately without a group.  Adult requirements: Workers must be at least 18 years of age. Workers must be known by and in good standing with their church leadership and subject to a background check. 
Once registered with a church to attend Camp Decision an adult will fill out the following information and turn it in to the church youth pastor.  1. Camp Worker Application Form – Must be copied and given to each worker 2. Camp Worker Creed Form – Must be copied and given to each worker 3. Pastor’s Recommendation Form – Must be copied and given to worker’s pastor for completion. 
CANCELLATION POLICY; In the event of a cancellation the $50.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO SHOW” POLICY; If a camper or worker is a “no show” the 1st day of Camp no refund will be made. The only exception to this rule is if a camper or worker is unable to attend because of a legitimate family or medical emergency. We will refund the Camp Decision cost minus $50.00 Non Refundable Deposit on a case by case basis.
